Best Protein Supplement

Let me start by making one assertion:

The best protein supplement is not a whey protein supplement.

The truth is that for roughly 88 out of 100 white individuals, a whey protein supplement is toxic.

So, if you are white and using a whey protein supplement, you have an 88% chance to be causing yourself uncoerced harm.

This article is my unique contribution to the protein supplement debate. I have not encountered it covered anywhere else, and I now KNOW that this issue is very important. This is not hype, I have written this so that you give this article the proper attention it deserves.
The function of this article is to bring to light the relationship between the best protein supplement and your individual blood type
Article highlights:
·    how the best protein supplement for you depends on your blood group
·    what does your blood type say about your protein supplement
·    the blood type lectin connection
·    how lectins play a role in your selection of the best protein supplement
·    where did I come up with this
·    bringing the pieces together

Presenting lectins

Lectins are a class of proteins that have the misfortune of chemically reacting with certain blood types while being completely neutral to others. Lectins are found in different foods and as such these foods will react poorly with certain blood types
Consuming lectins that are innapropriate to your blood type creates digestive, metabolic and immune distress. Lectins can cause your blood cells, as well as other cells, to aggutinate (stick together in clumps). They can also be interpreted as foreign invadors by the immune system, causing allergic reactions.
So where does the best protein supplement come in?
Merely this: a protein supplement contains the lectins from the food from which it was created

If you consume a whey protein supplement, you will be taking in whey lectins. If you consume a casein protein supplement you will be ingesting casein lectins. If you consume a soy protein supplement, you will be ingesting soy lectins. The same story goes for a protein supplement from hemp, rice, eggs, etc

Therefore, if you consume a protein supplement which was produced from food that responds badly with your blood type you will suffer effects like: allergic reactions, impaired protein digestion, inflammatory and autoimmune disease, damage to intestinal lining, and many more
How did I come up with that 88% number?
White population by blood type:
Blood Type O – 47 %
Blood Type A – 41%
Blood Type B – 9%
AB Blood Type – 3 % ( information source, direct from my high school anatomy class book)

Type A and Type O are discouraged to consume either whey or especially casein as it contains lectins that react badly with their blood type — reference, a highly acclaimed nutrition  science book which I will be identifying later for suspension intentions reasons.

!! The above-mentioned presented information is proven scientific fact, explore this subject for yourself — it is well worth the time.

47 (from blood type O) + 41 (from Blood Type A) = 88% of the white population – is warned against consuming both whey or casein – these two are the most usually referenced as: “best protein supplement” protein supplements on the planet.

Let me pose a qestion!
How can a protein supplement that isn’t good for most of the white population (and actually detrimental) be considered the best protein supplement?

Just so you don’t overreact to these statements let me impart a a couple of things:
– the O blood type, if healthy, will stay free of symptoms with occasonsal whey use, however, even healthy type O’s should not eat casein in the least;
– for type the aforesaid rules likewise apply — with one exception, for blood type A there is a 20% probability that the lectins in whey will be neutral, but you have to test for this

Avoid the mistake of thinking that since you are a healthy type O you should continue using your whey protein supplement

What you should realize here is that this is more significant than it is commonly understood. You look at people on forums posting and babbling about the best protein supplement without recognizing that:

1 the best protein supplement is based on something called the best protein

2 the best protein doesn’t exist because all people don’t respond well to all protein – let me to say this again: no protein is beneficial for everybody, so there is no such thing as the best protien, or the best protein supplement.

I have preached about this before but it must be understood:
The best protein supplement is the protein supplement that is best for YOU.
And what is healthy for you is bad for someone else, so the whole concept of the best protein supplement is absolute marketing hype.

PS: If you’re reckoning to yourself: how can this be true, how come nobody speaks about this? Then just remember that the FACT that preservatives, artificial flavoreres, taste enhancers and other neurotoxic agents are used in your food is quite common knowledge.
